What kind of greeting can I submit?
Almost anything you can think of. There are a few obvious limitations, such as no swearing or offensive language, please read our terms and conditions for full details. You may include a link to a website in your greeting, over part of the text or over the picture. Please ask about this when you email us your request.

What image format can I send?
JPEGs, GIFs, BMPs, PNGs, pretty much anything really! If you're not sure, try sending it to us anyway, we'll probably be able to open it. You may send a short animation, but these may be refused, or we may charge more, at our discretion, depending on the size of the animation. You may, of course, refuse this charge, and send us another image to use instead, or choose a free of charge basic greeting.

Why do you charge for some greetings?
This whole website is being run out of our own pockets, so we're using a few methods to raise money to improve the site. Charging for some kinds of greetings is one of these methods. At the moment, the site is being hosted for free, but this is just one of the things we're hoping to change. For more information, click here.

Your ads are over half the page! Help!
Make sure your window is maximised. If it already is, then I'm very sorry but we don't support screen resolutions under 1024x768 right now. There may be a low-res version of the site in the future.

The calendar is showing the wrong date!
The calendar's script detects your time zone, so if it's showing the wrong date, you must have set your time zone on your computer's clock wrongly. On Vista, right-click on the time in the bottom right corner of your screen, and click "adjust date/time" and then click "change time zone". Select the correct time zone. You may then need to reset your computer's clock to be the correct time again. If the page still shows the wrong date, and you have closed your browser window, reopened it, and refreshed the page, email us.

I haven't paid, will you be chasing me up?
We will never hassle anyone for payments. Greetings are not entered into the database until they have been approved and paid for (if a charge applies), so if you do not pay, we will simply assume that you have decided not to enter a greeting after all. We will make every effort to keep all emails until the date requested, even if a payment has not been made, so if you take some time to make your payment, we will still be able to dig out your original request.

How long before the day do I have to submit my greeting?
In general, try to submit your greeting at least 2 days before you want it to appear. We might be able to add your greeting the day before, or even on the day, but we can make no guarantees, so try to submit your greetings in plenty of time.
