About The Worldwide Calendar

What is it?
The World's Calendar is a calendar anyone can write a special greeting on. Friend's birthday coming up? Chat-room mate having her tonsils out? Getting married? Write a greeting message and send it to us and we will make sure it's on the calendar on the day you tell us. Every day is a special day for someone, somewhere, for some reason, and we want to put all those greetings from across the world in one place.

How much does it cost?
To have a greeting message put up on the day you want, it's absolutely free. For other messages, such as a greeting with a picture or photograph, or a featured greeting, we do ask for a small payment to help us improve our website. Click on "Add an Event" above for more details. As this website is in its infancy, we may be running special offer days or free-for-all days so watch this space.

What kinds of greetings can I submit?
Absolutely anything you want. You could even have "happy Friday from Frank" put up if that's what you want to say. Just for a few ideas, you could put up a greeting or notice about an anniversary, a wedding, a birthday, or a "good luck" message for a friend's exam. All the greetings are moderated, and we will let you know whether or not your greeting has been accepted.
